No records <br />were found on site. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: These records shall be maintained on site for at least three years. Monitoring records <br />include: (1) date and time of all monitoring or sampling; (2) monitoring equipment calibration and maintenance <br />records; (3) results of any visual observations; (4) results of sample analysis performed a lab or in the field; (5) logs <br />of all readings of gauges or other monitoring equipment, ground water elevations, or other test results; (6) results of <br />inventory readings and reconciliations. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately locate and maintain all missing maintenance and monitoring records for the <br />last three years on site and submit copies to the EHD. <br />This is a minor violation. <br />205 <br />CCR 2712(i) Failure to have current UST Monitoring Plan readily accessible at the facility. <br />OBSERVATION: An approved copy of the monitoring plans were not available for inspection. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: A copy of these plans shall be accessible on site at all times. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately locate and retain a copy on site. <br />This is a minor violation. <br />206 <br />CCR 2712(i), 2634(e) Failure to have a current UST Response Plan available on site. <br />OBSERVATION: An approved copy of the response plan was not available for inspection. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: A copy of this plan shall be accessible on site at all times. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately locate and retain a copy on site. <br />This is a minor violation. <br />207 <br />CCR 2716(f) Failure to maintain designated operator inspection reports and all attachments on site for 36 months. <br />OBSERVATION: The June 2018 to June 2020 designated operator inspection reports were not found on site. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Designated operator inspection reports prior to October 1, 2018 shall be retained on <br />site for twelve months. Designated operator inspection reports on or after October 1, 2018 shall be retained on site <br />for thirty-six months. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Locate and ensure that copies of the previous thirty-six months of designated operator <br />inspection reports are maintained on site.
