7-Eleven, Inc.
P.O. Box 711 – Dallas, Texas 75221-0711
was transferred; the CERS account was transferred and submitted on 7/28/21. Updated made
and submitted on 8/19/21. A copy of the document in question has been attached to this letter.

Item 112 – You noted that the annual monitoring system certification and leak detector testing
were previously performed in May and the 2021 test was performed in June which is one month
after the typical anniversary date of May. You requested that 7-Eleven take all necessary
precautions to ensure that testing is performed in a timely manner.
Item 112 Resolution – I believe the note for a repeat violation was meant for the previous owner,
as 7-Eleven did not own this facility prior to June 2021 and therefore could not have performed
the testing before June 2021. 7-Eleven will work with Tanknology to ensure that the annual
testing will be completed in May for the years to come.

Item 115 – You noted that the annual monitoring system certification, leak detector testing,
and spill container testing were performed on 6/24/2020. A test report has not been submitted
to the EHD or the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS).
Item 115 Resolution – 7-Eleven was not the owner during the test referenced in this item; I
believe that this was meant for the previous owner.

Item 203 – You noted that no records were found onsite during your inspection. You requested
that 36 months of records be found and placed onsite.
Item 203 Resolution – 7-Eleven will not have 36 months of records since this location has only
been owned by us for just over a month.

Item 205 – You noted that an approved copy of the monitoring site plan was not available during
your inspection. You requested that the monitoring site plan be uploaded and submitted in CERS
and placed onsite.
Item 205 Resolution – Again, as noted in the item 106 resolution, a request to transfer CERS for
this location to 7-Eleven’s business unit was submitted June 2021. No updates could be made
until it was transferred; the CERS account was transferred and submitted on 7/28/21. Updated
made and submitted on 8/19/21.
