You requested that 36 months of records be found and placed onsite. <br />Item 207 Resolution – 7-Eleven will not have 36 months of records since this location has only <br />been owned by us for just over a month. <br />Item 209 – You noted that the Facility Employee Training Certificate was not available for review <br />during your inspection. You requested that the Facility Employee Training Certificate be made <br />available onsite. <br />Item 209 Resolution – Paperwork was left onsite during initial DO inspection and training. RECS <br />confirmed that this paperwork is onsite, in the white UST binder and is attached to this letter. <br />This letter should address the item(s) noted on the Inspection Report. 7-Eleven assumes that all <br />issues regarding this report have been resolved and are closed at this time.
