Install tank charts for both tanks for delivery driver to reference. <br /> <br />3.4. Required Actions for Continued Fuel Storage Tank Use <br />3.4.1. Properly bond and ground the tank. Bagley – to be completed N/L/T 03/12/2021 <br />3.4.2. Contact your petroleum contractor to remove the exterior corrosion observed on <br />the exterior of the tank shell while taking precautions to maintain the integrity of <br />the steel. After removing corrosion, repaint the exterior of the tank to protect the <br />tank shell from further corrosion and pitting. This will increase the life of the tank. <br />Bagley (but through outside contractor) – weather permitting, to be completed <br />N/L/T 03/12/2021 <br />3.4.3. At the time of inspection, the copper expansion relief line on the North end of the <br />tank was observed to be leaking fuel. This item was immediately communicated <br />to the facility management on 11/5/2020 and again on 11/24/2020. Ensure the <br />copper line is repaired. <br />Done (documentation provided to county) <br />3.4.4. Replace the missing flange bolt on the weighted vent secured to the 4,000 gallon <br />regular gasoline compartment. <br /> Done-Bagley installed <br />3.4.5. Install NFPA 704 Diamond placards for gasoline to all four side of the tank. Install <br />NFPA 704 Diamond placards to the propane tank and waste storage area. <br />Bagley--to be installed one week after tank is painted. <br />3.4.6. Replace faded and missing No Smoking Decals on all four sides of the tank. <br /> Bagley—to be installed one week after tank is painted <br />3.4.7. Add decals stating what product is in each side of the tank. i.e. Premium Gasoline <br />/ Regular Gasoline. Discontinue using outdated SP001 monthly and annual inspection checklists. <br /> Begin using the attached monthly and annual inspection checklists immediately. <br />Bagley to train on-site personnel on proper performance and documentation of <br />daily/monthly walk around inspections. Bagley to perform quarterly preventative <br />maintenance and annual inspections. <br />3.4.10. Ensure a trained employee familiar with the fueling system physically goes out to <br />the tank and dock area. Contact your petroleum contractor for training on <br />inspectable items if needed. <br /> Bagley to train on-site personnel on proper performance and documentation of <br />daily/monthly walk around inspections and documentation. Bagley to perform <br />quarterly preventive maintenance and annual inspections. <br /> <br />3.4.11. The flexible rubber product lines coming out of the fiberglass secondary <br />containment piping running through the levy on the dock side were observed to <br />be cracking and deteriorated.
