Post signage at the fill boxes with instructions for the fuel hauler detailing fuel <br />delivery standard operating procedures. <br /> Bagley-signage to be installed one week after painting of tank and accessories. <br />3.4.13. Contact your petroleum contractor to support the unsecured pipeline and <br />secondary containment lines coming out from the levy toward the dock. See <br />pictures below showing sagging pipe. <br /> Bagley to assist in house personnel-weather permitting task to be <br />completed N/L/t 03/12/2021 <br />3.4.14. Replace the missing spill kit on the dock area with sufficient supplies to manage <br />a spill on the water. Replace the missing spill kit near the tank fill boxes to <br />mitigate a spill at the storage tank. <br /> We have this spill kit locked in our office (costs over $1,000 and can easily be <br />stolen if placed on the dock). The kit can be brought to any spill within minutes. <br />3.4.15. Contact your petroleum contractor to assess the exposed wires under the <br />Unleaded Dispenser on the end of the dock. Either remove the wires or cap them <br />off in a manner consistent with the Electrical and Fire Codes pertaining to <br />electrical wiring around flammable materials. <br /> <br />Weather permitting (must be dry), Bagley can have this done by 2/12/21.
