The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been <br /> addressed for ULLOAS TOW & AUTO REPAIR as of August 09 , 2021 . <br /> Open violations from January 16 , 2020 inspection <br /> - The following used metal oil filters were observed on-site out of compliance with the storage rules: <br /> 1 . A 55-gallon black steel drum , labeled as " Drained Used Oil Filters" and with a pick up date of 1 /29/ 19, was <br /> observed open , storing used metal and paper oil filters, and marked with an illegible accumulation start date (IMG <br /> 0538-41 ) . <br /> 2 . At least five used metal oil filters were observed inside the open secondary containment for the three steel drums <br /> of used oil and the one poly drum of used antifreeze , and were missing the words "drained used oil filters" and the <br /> accumulation start date (IMG 0535 , 0537) , <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE : The business owner must ensure that all employees are thoroughly familiar with proper <br /> waste handling and emergency procedures, relevant to their responsibilities during normal facility operations and <br /> emergencies . <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION : Immediately train the employees. Provide proof of training and training materials within <br /> 30 days to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) for employees whose responsibilities <br /> include hazardous waste . <br /> This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date) : <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Desgribe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation : <br /> RAtltuvar <br /> Violation #113 - Failed to keep copies of consolidated manifesting receipts for three years. <br /> OBSERVATION : Copies of consolidated manifest receipts from 1 /16/2017 through 1 / 16/2020 for hazardous wastes <br /> including used oil and used antifreeze were not found on site during the inspection <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE : The generator shall retain each consolidated manifest receipt for at least three years . <br /> This period of retention is extended automatically during the course of any unresolved enforcement action regarding <br /> the regulated activity or as requested by the department or a certified unified program agency . <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION : Immediately locate a copy of all consolidated manifest receipts from 1 /16/2017 through <br /> 1 / 16/2020 and maintain consolidated manifest receipts for at least the last three years on site .
