The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been <br /> addressed for ULLOAS TOW & AUTO REPAIR as of August 09 , 2021 . <br /> Open violations from January 16 , 2020 inspection <br /> Violation #115 - Failed to retain copy of manifest or bill of lading for spent lead acid batteries for 3 years . <br /> OBSERVATION : At least two spent lead acid batteries were observed on site at the time of inspection . According to <br /> Irma Ulloa , manager, the business takes its spent lead acid batteries to Auto Zone for recycling . Bills of lading for <br /> the recycling of lead acid batteries from 1 / 16/2017 through 1 /16/2020 were not found on site . <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE : <br /> (A) The generator shall use either the manifest or a bill of lading which fulfills the requirements of Title 13 CCR <br /> section 1161 , to record the shipment of spent lead-acid storage batteries to a person who stores the batteries or <br /> who uses , reuses , recycles or reclaims the batteries or their components . <br /> (B) The generator shall retain , at the generator' s place of business for at least three years , a legible copy of each <br /> manifest or bill of lading which identifies spent lead-acid storage batteries shipped to a person who stores the <br /> batteries or who uses , reuses , recycles or reclaims the batteries or their components . <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION : Provide copies of battery core bill of lading records from 1 / 16/2017 through 1 / 16/2020 , <br /> maintain battery core bill of lading records for at least the last three years on site , and provide a corrective action <br /> statement to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department within 30 days . <br /> This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date) : <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation : <br /> Ivy Yec <br /> sink jkeV MICA h I'�� � � <br /> Page 5 of 11 <br />
