Front-end loader to sort and handle incoming greenwaste. <br />b. Horizontal grinder to grind raw material. <br />c. Compost turner to turn compost and add moisture as needed <br />d. Trommel screen to sort composted material by size <br />e. Front-end loader to load finished material into delivery vehicles <br />4. Personnel <br />During operation hours, two to three people will be on-site to receive and <br />process greenwaste and load finished material for sale. All on-site personnel <br />will be trained in any procedures they will be required to perform. <br />5. Load enclosure <br />Loads are required to be tarped to mitigate odors from arriving loads. <br />
