COMPLAINANT ALLEGES THEY <br /> OBSERVED AN EMPLOYEE PREPARING FOOD WITH NO GLOVES, MASK, OR HAIRNET. COMPLAINANT TOOK A <br /> VIDEO AND ALLEGES THE EMPLOYEES CLOTHING LOOKED LIKE A MANAGER UNIFORM. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Complaint inspection. <br /> Upon arrival, I observed the staff on site all wearing face masks properly at this time, as well as hats being worn or women <br /> with their hair tied up properly. I spoke with the manager on site who stated having no knowledge of a complaint of this nature <br /> being made but invited me to conduct my inspection. I observed all staff wearing gloves at this time and when I asked the <br /> manager about any issues about staff wearing gloves,they stated that an individual on site does contain a skin condition <br /> which prevents them from wearing gloves constantly but they practice proper hand washing procedures. The manager stated <br /> that all staff are advised and trained to follow proper hand washing procedures and gloves are mandatory where necessary.
