Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Complaint inspection. <br /> Upon arrival, I spoke with the manager on site in regards to the nature of the complaint.The manager stated they were aware <br /> of the complaint due to a voice mail that was left by the complainant.They called the complainant then asked if they would like <br /> a refund or a compensated meal but the complainant did not return to the facility.The manager stated they reviewed the <br /> cameras for the preparation line in which no one was observed taking a bite of any food product given to a customer.The <br /> manager walked me through the process of how the food product arrives on site until it reaches a consumer.The pancakes <br /> arrive frozen,thawed inside of the walk in cooler and then placed into the container in which it is warmed and additional <br /> products are added after the pancakes have been warmed. <br /> Observed no violations while on site. <br /> Official inspection report emailed. <br /> The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br /> Safety Code.If a reinspection is required,fees will be assessed at the current hourly rate. <br /> Received by: Name and Title: Melissa Chab, Manager <br /> EH Specialist: VICTOR ACEVEDO Phone: (209)616-3023 <br /> FA0000972 C00053209 SCO04 01/06/2021 <br /> EHD 16-23 Rev.12/30/2020 Page 1 of 1 Complaint Inspection Report <br /> 1868 E.
