TOOK MEAL HOME AND WHILE EATING, NOTICED MEAT TASTED FUNNY BUT LOOKED OKAY.AFTER <br /> CONSUMING 3/4 OF HAMBURGER, COMPLAINANT NOTICED THE MEAT WAS RAW RED. (COMPLAINANT TOOK <br /> PICTURES IF NEEDED).THIS MORNING AROUND 8 AM COMPLAINANT STARTED HAVING DIARRHEA AND <br /> STOMACH CRAMPS. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Went to the facility and spoke with the manager. I informed the manager of the complaint regarding a quarter pounder meal, <br /> purchased at this facility, and the complainant states the meat was not fully cooked.The manager has had a complaint from a <br /> customer regarding this matter. <br /> The manager allowed me to take a look at the process used for making the quarter pounder. <br /> The meat is fresh and it is cooked to order. It is stored in the walk in cooler, current temperature at 39F, and then transferred <br /> to the preparation cooler, current temperature at 40 F.The manager cooked a quarter pounder patty for 80 seconds and the <br /> temperature, after cooked,was taken at 192 F.Also the inside of the meat was observed and it appeared cooked. <br /> .The condiments in this particular meal were onion, pickles, muster, cheese. The condiments are held at ambient temperature <br /> for 2 hours and then if any left discarded. Per manager, no employees have traveled outside the country, employees don't <br /> work at other food facilities, employees have not reported being ill a week before of after the alleged complaint. <br /> Hand washing occurs every 30 minutes or between tasks, handwashing facilities provided. <br /> Utensil washing is done manually which appears ok.
