Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #21 Hot and Cold Potable Water Not Available Major <br /> OBSERVATIONS:MAJOR violation: Upon arrival to the facility, the facility's hot water heater was turned off(facility did not <br /> have hot water). Person in charge turned the hot water heater back on and hot water was restored to proper temperature. <br /> Maintain the hot water heater turned on at all times. Hot water(120F minimum at the 3-comp sink)shall be available on <br /> demand. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:An adequate,protected,pressurized,potable supply of hot water and cold water shall be provided at all times. <br /> (113953(c), 114099.2(b) 114101(a), 114189, 114192, 114192.1, 114195) <br /> #6 Handwashing Facilities Supplied and Accessible <br /> OBSERVATIONS:The kitchen hand sink soap and paper towel dispensers are empty/not dispensing product. Refill the <br /> soap and paper towel dispensers today. <br /> Soap and paper towels are available at the front of the house/cashier area, but are not convenient for the kitchen <br /> employees. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Handwashing soap and towels or drying device shall be provided in dispensers dispensers shall be <br /> maintained in good repair.
