Violations 601 has been closed.The following violations require additional <br /> information: <br /> Violation 114: The following uniform hazardous waste manifest were not included: <br /> 020243311JJK(3-18-2019) <br /> 020606829JJK(4-16-2019)—Attached <br /> 030010863WAS (12-9-2019) <br /> Violation 118: 1 did not see any consolidated manifest from 8-28-2017 to 4-30-2018. Did you request copies from Clean <br /> tech? I attached 2018 manifest, Love's travel stop did not acquire Speedco until 2018. <br /> Violation 301: The tanks looked clean, can you please provide a statement on how the used oil and diesel observed at <br /> the time of inspection were cleaned. Example: did you use rags and manage the rags as hazardous waste afterwards?— <br /> Rags were used and placed into the waste drum and picked up by cleantech on the manifest in September 2020 and <br /> managed as waste. <br /> Violation 605: Response only included one corrected hazardous waste label for one 55-gallon container with used paper <br /> oil filters. Please provide documentation that the following were corrected: <br /> -Three 55-gallon containers with used paper oil filters observed lacking hazardous properties. Found in the main <br /> maintenance shop.—The correct hazardous properties toxic was placed onto all these 3 drums. <br /> -Two black 5-gallon bucket with used oil observed lacking a hazardous waste label. Found in the hazardous waste <br /> storage area.—The oil was placed into the used oil for recycling. The store is not using 5 gallon buckets to store oil. <br /> Were these drums picked up or are they still on site?Was the used oil in the 5-gallon buckets transferred to the used oil <br /> tank?
