Violation 608: There was no statement/documentation provided for the following: <br /> -One 15-gallon container with used metal oil filters observed with no lid and no drained used oil filters label.—The filters <br /> were placed into the metal filter roll of bin and the 15 gallon drum was crushed and placed into the metal filter bin. <br /> -One 15-gallon container with mixed paper and used metal oil filters observed with no lid and no drained used oil filters <br /> label. - The metal filters were placed into the metal bin with the metal filters and the paper filters were placed into the <br /> correct 55 gallon paper filter drum. The 15 gallon drum was crushed and placed into the metal filter bin. <br /> The following were observed in the hazardous waste storage area: <br /> -One 55-gallon container with used metal oil filters observed with no lid and no drained used oil filters label.—A lid was <br /> placed onto the drum and a label was placed correctly onto the drum. Clean tech has picked up these drums when they <br /> pick up these drums they relabel the drum take out all the filters and leave the drum on site for reuse. <br /> -Two 55-gallon containers with mixed paper and used metal oil filters observed with no lid and no drained used oil filters <br /> label—They were correctly labeled and the lids were correctly was placed on the drum. Clean tech has picked up these <br /> drums when they pick up these drums they relabeled the drums and take out all the filters and leave the drum on site <br /> for reuse. <br /> Were these drums picked up by clean tech and no longer on site or are they still on site? If still on site please provide a <br /> photo of corrections, if the drums were picked up please provide the disposal receipt for the pick up. <br /> Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions. <br /> Note:All EHD staff time associated with failing to comply is billed at the current hourly rate ($152).
