Accoring to the operator,Jed Phelps, no progress has occured because he is waiting to obtain <br /> a Full Solid Waste Facility Permit,which will expand the operation and as a result,expand the fencing. <br /> 1. Currently there is chain link fencing along the east side and poles up on the south side. <br /> 2. Submit to the EHD before the next quaterly inspection (3/2012), in writing,a timeline for the completion <br /> of the installation of the perimeter fence. The perimeter fencing must be completed no later than 7/1/12. <br /> x 17867.5-Personal Training <br /> Comments: Pieces of painted wood, OSB board, and particle board were observed in the green waste piles and <br /> in the windrows. <br /> 1. The feedstock shall undergo load checking to ensure that physical contaminants are removed. <br /> 2. Ensure that all personnel assigned to load checking and screening are properly trained in recognizing <br /> physical contaminants and hazardous materials. <br /> 3. Remove all pieces of OSB board and particle board in the feestock until documents are submitted to the <br /> EHD showing that these materials are not hazardous. <br />
