11 <br />Routine monthly compost inspection conducted on this date and the following was noted: <br />1. The approximate distance from the front of the scale at the new location to Frewert Rd. will be 202 <br />feet. <br />2. Documentation for the disposal of the TWW to Forward Landfill was available for review (disposed of <br />on 9/5/12). <br />3. The metal concentration, fecal coliform, and Salmonella test results for the compost product were <br />available for review. The product met the state minimum standards. <br />4. The sign -in sheet for the training records now has both the employee printed names and <br />corresponding signatures. <br />5. There was a noticeable increase in fly population. <br />6. The manually screened greenwaste pile was being mixed with the unscreened spread out greenwaste <br />received. The operator was instructed to maintain a circle of separation between these sources of <br />material. <br />7. Operator will now do at least two temperature readings of the wood material pile and ground woody <br />material pile. <br />8. The temperature of the greenwaste pile and the ground material was 103 F and 123 F respectively. <br />The temperature of the woody material pile and ground woody material pile was 92 F and 106 F <br />respectively. The temperature of the overs and screened product was 99 F and 135 F respectively. <br />The temperature range of the windrows was 123 F to 135 F. <br />
