LINDSAY Talked to Denna Scott, at 209-468-1330 PO BOX 201056, Stockton CA 95201. Informed them of the alleged complaint, children living in a shed with their father over the weekends. Informed them we would be going out to tomorrow with code enforcement and the sheriffs but the complainant stated that we would unlikely be able to see the interior of the shed as he keeps it locked. CPS asked general questions, how many children, what age, ethnicity, and which days over the weekend. I gave her all the information I had. I informed her that I could call the complainant and ask about the children age, how many etc. CPS asked for address, fathers address, and owner information. Informed her that I receive my owner information from the Recorders office and do not have the phone number of the owner. We exchanged more information and I gave them my work cell phone number as a call back number. Informed CPS I would look into the owner information via online and update them via email if I find new owner information. Discussed complaint with ER employee for this weekend so they are informed and know what to look for and what to post. 10/08/2020 Ciera notified me that the Sheriffs Office could not gain entrance into the shed FLORIDO today, so CPS may be calling me over the weekend. 10/08/2020 Informed Elianna of the sheriffs lack of findings today on TEAM. LINDSAY Emailed CPS, and informed them of the lack of findings and hopes that they will have more luck over the weekend. Informed CPS that our ER is informed of the case and knows what is going on. Let them know they can call or email me if they have any questions. 10/08/2020 Went out with TEAM and Kristina. LINDSAY Sheriffs went first into the property to observe shed. They did not call us down and instead got in their cars to leave after 10 minutes. Informed us that it is more like a detached garage, but they did not access it nor did anyone come out of it. I let them know I informed CPS and they will be going out over the weekend. 11/30/2020 Recommend to abate complaint as referred to other agency, Child Protective LINDSAY Services, Denna Scott. Informed child protective services about children living in shed. EHD went out with sheriffs office and could not access shed. Complainant redacted her complaint. Filled out complaint form and printed 5105 form. Attached to complaint. Gave to Scott to review. 5105.rpt Page 2 of 2
