FOOD TASTED LIKE IT HAD BEEN COOKED IN OLD GREASE, THE KITCHEN <br /> FLOOR WAS DISGUSTING AND FOOD WAS PLACED OPENLY, COOKS WERE BY GRILL WITH MASK DOWN AND <br /> HAD VERY DIRTY HANDS.ALL IN ALL THE PLACE GAVE COMPLAINANTS FAMILY UPSET STOMACHS AND WHEN <br /> COMPLAINANT TOLD OTHER RELATIVES ABOUT THEIR EXPERIENCE THEY ALSO HAD SAME STOMACH <br /> PROBLEMS. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe.
