PA-1800315 – Conditions of Approval 8 <br />5. Any construction or alteration located on a public use airport or heliport regardless of height or <br />location. <br /> <br />6. BUENA VISTA RANCHERIA OF ME-WUK INDIANS (Contact: [916] 941-0011) <br /> <br />a. At the time development, if Human burials are found to be of Native American origin, the developer <br />shall follow the procedures pursuant to Title 14, Division 6, Chapter 3, Article 5, Section 15064.5(e) <br />of the California State Code of Regulations. If human remains are encountered, all work shall halt <br />in the vicinity and the County Coroner shall be notified immediately. At the same time, a qualified <br />archaeologist shall be contacted to evaluate the finds. If Human burials are found to be of Native <br />American origin, steps shall be taken pursuant to Section 15064.5(e) of Guidelines for California <br />Environmental Quality Act. <br /> <br />7. SAN JOAQUIN VALLEY AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT (Contact: [559] 230-5805) <br /> <br />a. District Rules and Regulation <br /> <br />1. District Rules 2010 and 2201 - Air Quality Permitting for Stationary Sources. <br />Stationary Source emissions include any building, structure, facility, or installation which emits <br />or may emit any affected pollutant directly or as a fugitive emission. District Rule 2010 requires <br />operators of emission sources to obtain an Authority to Construct (ATC) and Permit to Operate <br />(PTO) from the District. District Rule 2201 requires that new and modified stationary sources <br />of emissions mitigate their emissions using best available control technology (BACT). <br /> <br />This Project will be subject to District Rule 2010 (Permits Required) and Rule 2201 (New and <br />Modified Stationary Source Review) and will require District permits. However, the District has <br />received an ATC application for the Project (identified as ATC project # S-1204505). For further <br />information or assistance, the project proponent may contact the District’s Small Business <br />Assistance (SBA) Office at (209) 557-6446. <br /> <br />b. District Regulation VIII (Fugitive PM10 Prohibitions) <br /> <br />1. The Project will be subject to Regulation VIII. The project proponent is required to submit a <br />Construction Notification Form or submit and receive approval of a Dust Control Plan prior to <br />construction. <br /> <br />Information on how to comply with Regulation VIII can be found online at: <br />http://www.valleyair.org/busind/comply/PM10/compliance_PM10.htm <br /> <br /> <br />
