The following is an itemized list of hazardous materials violations that have not been <br /> addressed for Pearl Crop - Lodi as of November 03, 2021. <br /> Open violations from March 02, 2021 inspection <br /> Violation #2 - Failed to initially complete and electronically submit a HMBP. <br /> OBSERVATION A complete Hazardous Materials Business Plan was not submitted electronically to the California <br /> Environmental Reporting System (CERS). <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: As of January 1, 2013, all businesses were required to submit all business plans <br /> electronically. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated <br /> information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation #3 - Failed to establish and implement a hazardous materials business plan. <br /> OBSERVATION A Hazardous Materials Business Plan has not been established or implemented. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: A Hazardous Materials Business Plan shall be established and implemented for <br /> emergency response to a release or threatened release of a hazardous material when storing hazardous materials <br /> at or above the thresholds quantities of 55 gallons for materials that are liquids, 500 pounds for solids, or 200 cubic <br /> feet for compressed gas, at standard temperature and pressure. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the required information, and submit for review by the EHD. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Page 1 of 4 <br />
