The following is an itemized list of hazardous materials violations that have not been <br /> addressed for Pearl Crop - Lodi as of November 03, 2021. <br /> Open violations from March 02, 2021 inspection <br /> Violation #5 - Failed to electronically submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on <br /> site. <br /> OBSERVATION Afire suppression system with five cylinders of carbon dioxide (greater than 1,200 cubic feet, <br /> actual volume was not available), one 120 gallon tank of chem station 5543, one 120 gallon tank of chem station <br /> 5321, one 350 gallon tank of chem station 30030, one 120 gallon tank of multi-chlor, one 55 gallon tank of Perasan <br /> A(peroxyacetic acid and hydrogen peroxide), and eight 8 gallon propane cylinders were found on site that have not <br /> been reported to CERS. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the <br /> facility's business plan. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for <br /> approval. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation #6 - Failed to electronically submit a site map with all required content. <br /> OBSERVATION A site map was not completed and submitted for 2020 and 2021. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Asite map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent <br /> streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous <br /> material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment. If a site map element is not applicable <br /> for your facility then list it on the map and label as"NA". <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Page 2 of 4 <br />
