Alaniz, John [EHD]
From: Labrucherie,Jana [AGR]
Sent: Tuesday, August 11, 2020 10:52 AM
To: Alaniz,John [EHD]
Subject: RE: San Joaquin County Notice to Abate
Hello John,
I am very unfamiliar with this standard of testing. These results do not look like the ones we receive from the lab. From
what I am able to gather, the active ingredient for XARA WSB (etoxazole) was not included in the Analysis required
section of the Chain of Custody Report so I am unsure if any make of that ingredient was tested for. I do not find any of
materials that make up the active ingredients of the spilt pesticides anywhere on the Analyte section of the Certificates
of Analysis. Each active ingredient is composed of various other chemicals. As far as I can tell, I do not see any that are
included. I am unsure if the "Surrgote" chemicals listed at the bottom are substitute chemicals that were test for in place
of the active ingredient components. I think the best thing would be to get clarification form Hayden Lee about the
testing that was done. It is not clear to me at all as to how and what was tested.
Sorry I could not be of more help.
Thank you,
jancv La bruchew
'iP.
Ag Biologist/Standards Inspector
San Joaquin County Office of Agricultural Commissioner/Sealer
2101 E Earhart Ave, Ste 100, Stockton, CA 95206-3924
Phone: (209) 953-6000; Fax: (209) 953-6022
Email:jlabrucherie@sjgov.org
From:Alaniz,John [EHD] <jalanizl@sjgov.org>
Sent: Monday,August 10, 2020 1:49 PM
To: Labrucherie,Jana [AGR] <jlabrucherie@sjgov.org>
Cc: Manzo, Elena K.
