Completed PROP 65. Received a call from Hayden Lee <br /> with WHF, INC., 209-247-5964. Hayden is an environmental consultant hired by the <br /> responsible party. He informed me that several samples were taken (including a <br /> background) to be tested for TEPH and SVOC. <br /> Received an email from Jana Labrucherie,AG Biologist, <jlabrucherie@sjgov.org>, <br /> asking for a copy of the final report once the cleanup was completed. <br /> 07/24/2020 Completed the photo log and narratives from 7/21-7/23. ALANIZ <br /> 07/29/2020 Called Hayden Lee, 209-247-5964 and left a message asking for an update on the ALANIZ <br /> test results. <br /> Called Thomas Robinson, 209-247-5964, and asked for an update. Thomas said he <br /> had not heard any updates. <br /> Sent an email to Hayden and Thomas letting them know I was going to be out of the <br /> office from 7/30-7/31. <br /> 07/29/2020 Updated Jason and Elena Manzo on complaint in case there was a cleanup while I ALANIZ <br /> was away. <br /> 08/03/2020 Received a call from Hayden Lee, 209-247-5964, letting me know that he was ALANIZ <br /> expecting the sampling results on 8/4/2020. He said he would send them to me <br /> once he received them. I asked him to include information on the details of each <br /> sample. <br /> 08/10/2020 Received a call from Hayden Lee, 209-247-5964, asking if I received the test results ALANIZ <br /> that he emailed me on on 8/5/2020. His email is <haydenlee@whfinc.com>. I <br /> confirmed that I received them. He said that he looked over the results and did not <br /> think any remediation was needed. <br /> Reviewed the sample results received: <br /> SUMMARY OF RESULTS: <br /> Seven Samples were taken. Sample 9 was a background sample. <br /> Tests run: SVOC, TEPH,Ammonium, Methoxyferozide, and bifenazate <br /> SAMPLE 1 (S-1): All results non-detect <br /> SAMPLE 2 (S-2): Mineral Oil: 195 mg/kg <br /> Sample 3 (S-3): Mineral Oil: 449 mg/kg <br /> Sample 4 (S-4): Mineral Oil: 338 mg/kg <br /> Sample 5 (S-5): Mineral Oil: 0.0 mg/kg (was 0 but did not read non-detect) <br /> Sample 6 (S-6): Mineral Oil: 0.0 mg/kg (was 0 but did not read non-detect) <br /> Sample 7 (S-4 at 2 feet down): Mineral Oil: 235 mg/kg <br /> Sample 8 (S-5 at 2 feet down): All results non-detect <br /> Sample 9 (background): Mineral Oil: 143 mg/kg <br /> Discussed with Elena Manzo. Called Ag Inspector Jana Labrucherie, 209-321-4346, <br /> and asked if she could take a look at the results to determine if they tested <br /> everything for the pesticides that were used.
