Crider Way, Stockton) (Supervisorial District: 3) <br />PROJECT DESCRIPTION: General Plan Map Amendment and Zone Reclassification applications to <br />amend the General Plan Land Use designation for an approximate 3.23 -acre portion of 2 parcels from RIL <br />(Low Density Residential) to CIC (Community Commercial) for community commercial uses. Also amend <br />the zoning designation to rezone approximately 323 acres from AU -20 (Agriculture -Urban Reserve, 20 - <br />acre minimum) to C -C (Community Commercial) for commercial, retail, and office uses. These parcels will <br />be served by City of Stockton for public water, sanitary sewer, and terminal storm drainage. <br />The Property is zoned AU -20 (Agriculture -Urban Reserve, 20 -acre minimum) and the General Plan <br />designation is RIL (Low Density Residential. <br />PROPONENT: Frank Rubino Trust et al. / Strategic Land Planning, c/o David Stagnaro <br />This is a Notice of Intent to adopt a Mitigated Negative Declaration for this project as described.
