WHEREAS,San Joaquin County and the City of Ripon recognize that development and <br /> projects that are in compliance with the Agricultural Zoning,of San Joaquin County or minor <br /> development requests occurring within the City of Ripon's SOI need not be referred to the City <br /> of Ripon for comments. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by this Board of Supervisors that: <br /> I. San Joaquin County and the City of Ripon hereby agree to said SOI boundaries as <br /> identified in Attachment A hereto_ <br /> 2. San Joaquin County and the City of Ripon mutually agree to and shall mandate <br /> coordination and review of development occurring within the City of Ripon's SOI as <br /> show in AttachmentA through their respective Community Development Departments <br /> and Public Works Departments. <br /> 3. San Joaquin County shall provide the City of Ripon Community Development <br /> Department and Public Works Department twenty(20)calendar days to respond to <br /> referrals with appropriate comments reflecting the City of Ripon's General Plan Policies <br /> and Implementing Measures as they apply to the specific development proposal prior to <br /> being processed by San Joaquin County. <br /> 4. San Joaquin County Community Development Department and/or Department of Public <br /> Works shall give due consideration to said comments for development proposals <br /> occurring within the City of Ripon's SOI to the extent said comments are consistent with <br /> and implement San Joaquin's General Plan,Master Plans,Specific Plans,and <br /> Development Title. <br /> 5. San Joaquin County and the City of Ripon recognize that development and projects that <br /> are in compliance with the Agricultural Zoning of San Joaquin County or minor <br /> development requests occurring within the City of Ripon's SOI need not be referred to <br /> the City of Ripon for comments. <br /> 6. San Joaquin County finds that the City of Ripon's General Plan,the Municipal Services <br /> Review update,the SOI boundary,and the SOI planning horizons promotes logical and <br /> orderly development and the efficient delivery of public services. <br /> 7.
