Murphy Road, Escalon APN: 245-190-45 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Emergency Management Agency Designated <br /> Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Murphy Road has an existing right-of-way of 60 feet and a planned right-of-way of 84 feet. <br /> Colony Road has an existing right-of-way of 30 feet and a planned right-of-way of 50 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1) An encroachment permit shall be required for all work within road right-of-way. (Note: <br /> Driveway encroachment permits are for flatwork only—all vertical features, including but <br /> not limited to fences, walls, private light standards, rocks, landscaping and cobbles are not <br /> allowed in the right-of-way.)
