Repairs include <br />additional 40 foot long leach lines with 25 foot deep seepage pits. There were no septic permits <br />identified before the year 2010. The vicinity of the site <br />consists of agricultural land and rural residences. The assumption was made that each <br />building/cluster of buildings has one septic system. Using this method, we determined there are <br />approximately 5 septic systems within 0.10 miles of the site. <br />1.3.5 Septic Permit History in the Vicinity <br />Terracon searched the EHD Public Records website for the adjoining property septic permits. The <br />following table is a summary of septic permits available for the adjacent and nearby properties:
