Highway 26
Stockton, CA. 95215
Michael Jacobson:
This letter is to inform you that, under the provisions of Sections 18510 and 18511 of the California
Health and Safety Code(HSC), this department intends to suspend your pen-nit to operate 30 days
after the date of this notification unless the following violations, which you were previously cited
for on 3/2/05, 4/5/05, 4/19/05, 6/7/05, 6/10/05, and 6/17/05, 12/21/06, 5/3/07, 11/7/07 are
corrected:
1. The sewage septic system continues to fail. Raw sewage and effluent spillage are
depositing around the septic tank area and in the streets creating a health hazard. It is
unlawful to pen-nit any waste water or material from any plumbing fixture or septic system
to deposit on the surface of the ground. HSC Section 18554
2. It is the park's owner, operator and/or the manager's responsibility to maintain the sewage
disposal system. The septic tanks shall be pumped as often as necessary to prevent the
waste water and materials from surfacing and contaminating the ground. The tank was
pumped Monday and it was in failure Wednesday as witnessed by my staff, Janis McAdon
HSC 18554 and CCR Section 1102
3. Permits to repair or replace the failing septic system shall be obtained from local San
Joaquin County Environmental Health Department. A pen-nit is also required from our
department for the sewage drainage lines up to the septic dry wells. CCR Section 1018
