Section 18513 of the California Health and Safety Code allows you to petition the enforcement <br /> agency for a hearing on this matter. If a hearing is desired, you must submit a written petition <br /> requesting such a hearing and setting forth a brief statement of the grounds therefore within 10 days <br /> of the date of mailing of this notice. Such hearing shall be commenced not later than 10 days after <br /> the day on which such petition was filed. <br /> You should be aware, if your permit to operate is suspended, it is unlawful for you to collect any <br /> rent or other monies from the residents in the park or occupy the recreational vehicle trailer park <br /> pursuant to the California Health and Safety Code Section 18500. The current residents will be <br /> notified by a posting in a conspicuous place within the park that your permit to operate has been <br /> suspended, and that you are not legally pennitted to collect rent. Additionally, the Department will <br /> not issue any further installation permits,restricting further occupancy until such time as the park is <br /> brought into compliance. <br /> Be advised, this is the last and only notice you will receive from this office prior to suspension of <br /> your permit to operate. If the permit to operate is suspended, the appropriate officials in San <br /> Joaquin County will be notified. Your Use Permit may be invalidated. Informational copies will <br /> also be furnished the Franchise Tax Board and the Internal Revenue Service stating that Cherry <br /> Lane Mobilehome Park is no longer a legitimate business. <br /> If you have any questions regarding the violations, contact Shawn Berrigan by voice-mail at <br /> 209-993-9027.
