Complaint alleges there is SINGH <br /> excessive garbage and junk in the yard at this property and it gets worse <br /> everyday. Complainant believes there is no trash pick up. I met with Frank <br /> Sandavol at the residence. He stated he lives there with his girlfriend. He also <br /> mentioned the property is currently being remodeled, that is why there is junk all <br /> over the property. He stated 2 truck full of junk was taken to the dump last week. <br /> He does not have receipts. Junk and garbage was observed all over the property. I <br /> issued Frank a NTA, the correct by date is 3/4/21. <br /> A school aged girl, approximately 7 years old approached me during the <br /> inspection. She stated she lives in the trailer with her mother, she also mentioned <br /> a man lives in a black and yellow pickup on the property. <br /> Frank's phone number is 209-331-4977. <br /> NOTE: Multiple inspections conducted this day, travel time varied. <br /> 02/25/2021 Reviewed and printed parcel information from Parcel Viewer. I called Waste SINGH <br /> Management and spoke with Deidre. Deidre stated there is active garbage service <br /> at the residence. <br /> Created a photolog. Made a copy of the NTA, placed the original in Cheryl's box to <br /> mail to the property owner. <br /> 02/26/2021 Mailed Solid Waste Notice To Abate, dated 2/25/21 to Lawrence Fred & Norma F FIELD <br /> TR at 18194 Coyote Meadow Road, Sonora, CA 95370-9739. Sent by regular and <br /> certified mail; Certified Mail Log#7019 0700 0001 7756 3629. <br /> 03/01/2021 Updated Robert M., Program Coordinator on the complaint. SINGH <br /> Received a call from the tenant, Frank S., to inform me that he took a load of the <br /> solid waste to the dump and he has a receipt.
