Frank mentioned he has already made 2 dump runs SINGH <br /> and has the receipts. He wanted information on how he should submit them to the <br /> EHD. I told him to email a picture of the receipts. He stated he needs an <br /> extension, he has some more work to do around the property. I informed him that I <br /> will be out there for a reinspection next week. <br /> Frank left a voicemail with the same information. <br /> 03/04/2021 Spoke to Mike S. about the complaint. Emailed Mike pictures of the pipe that SINGH <br /> possibly leads to the septic system. <br /> 03/08/2021 Received three emails from Frank with disposal receipts (7). Reviewed receipts. SINGH <br /> Frank's email is: doubleclickmy8@gmail.com <br /> 03/09/2021 Received notification that the Notice to Abate was received by the property owner. SINGH <br /> Updated file. <br /> I spoke with Norma Lawrence, property owner, on the phone. Norma stated that <br /> she was unaware of the mess at the property and she would like to be at the <br /> reinspection. We arranged to meet at the property on 3/11/21 at 9 am. <br /> 03/10/2021 1 asked for an update on the condition of the property from the property owner SINGH <br /> (Barbara) via email. I received a reply that it is looking better. I informed property <br /> owner that I will stop by the property for a reinspection tomorrow around 10 am. <br /> There were numerous correspondences. <br /> Prepared for inspection. <br /> 03/10/2021 Prepared for reinspection. SINGH <br /> 03/11/2021 2668 E Woodson Rd.,Acampo- Reinspection - I met with the property owners, SINGH <br /> Nancy and Fred Lawrence at the site. I also met with Leland, the tenant. We did a <br /> walk through of the property. There has been major improvement since the initial <br /> inspection. Majority of the solid waste has been disposed of. I observed a truck full <br /> of solid waste, I was informed it is going to the dump. There was solid waste on <br /> the west side of the home and that will also go to the dump. <br /> NIOTE: Multiple inspections conducted this day, travel time varied. <br /> 03/11/2021 A photolog was created and an Official Inspection Report was completed, after the SINGH <br /> inspection.
