MONITORING RESULTS <br /> Landfill gas monitoring at the Corral Hollow Sanitary Landfill indicates that gas migration is <br /> occurring at four of the monitoring well locations. The County has hired a consultant and a <br /> Landfill Gas Control System is being designed for the site. Construction is expected to begin in <br /> the summer of 2000. The County will continue to monitor the probes for landfill gas quarterly. <br /> Effects of gas migration are minimal at this time due to the desolate location of the Corral <br /> Hollow Sanitary Landfill.
