The Discharger shall delineate the release of VOCs throughout the zones affected in <br /> accordance with Title 27, Section 20425(b), which includes the lateral and vertical <br /> extent. The following,'reports shall be submitted: <br /> a. A work plan to delineate the extent of the release be submitted by 22 January <br /> 2007. <br /> b. Assessment delineation release report be completed by 23 March 2007. This <br /> report shall meet the objective described in Title 27, Section 20425(b). <br /> 3. The Discharger shall update and submit to the RWQCB an Engineering Feasibility <br /> Study within 90 days (21 June 2007) of establishing an evaluation monitoring program <br /> per Title 27, Section 20425(c). <br /> 4. The Discharger shall submit an amended report of waste discharge (ROWD) in <br /> accordance to Title 27, Section 20425(d) on 21 June 2007. <br /> Please review the attached monitoring and reporting checklist.
