It appears the <br /> top door is left open, instead of being closed during down-times, thus causing the temperature of the cooler to rise.The top <br /> lid was closed and advised staff to monitor internal temperature using a thermometer placed inside of the cooler. Ensure the <br /> cooling temperature for the cooler is 41 F or below at all times.
