The project site shall be <br /> inspected by the SJMSCP biologist, who will recommend <br /> which Incidental Take Minimization Measures set forth in <br /> the SJMSCP should be applied to the project and <br /> implemented.The project applicant shall pay the required <br /> SJMSCP fee, if any, and be responsible for the <br /> implementation of the specified Incidental Take <br /> Minimization Measures. <br /> b) Riparian and Other Sensitive Habitats NI None required. - <br /> c)Wetlands and Waters of the U.S. NI None required. - <br /> d) Fish and Wildlife Movement PS BIO-2: If tree removal is scheduled during the nesting LS <br /> season of raptors (January 1 through July 31), a pre- <br /> construction survey for nesting raptors shall be conducted. <br /> If vegetation removal or construction commences during <br /> the general avian nesting season (March 1 through <br /> September 15),a pre-construction survey for all species of <br /> nesting birds shall be conducted.If active nests for any bird <br /> species are found,work in the vicinity of the nests shall be <br /> delayed until the young have fledged.
