TABLE 1-1 <br /> SUMMARY OF ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACTS AND MITIGATION MEASURES <br /> Significance Significance <br /> Before Mitigation After Mitigation <br /> Potential Impact Measures Mitigation Measures Measures <br /> a)Hazardous Material Transport,Use and Storage LS None required. - <br /> b) Release of Hazardous Materials by Upset or LS None required. - <br /> Accident <br /> c)Hazardous Materials Releases near Schools NI None required. - <br /> d) Hazardous Materials Sites PS HAZ-1: Prior to the start of project construction, the LS <br /> developer shall conduct a limited sampling of the surface <br /> soil of the project site to determine the presence of residual <br /> pesticides, including but not limited to organochlorines. <br /> The samples shall be analyzed using California Department <br /> of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) screening levels <br /> established for residential projects in Human Health Risk <br /> Assessment (HHRA) Note Number 3: DTSC-Modified <br /> Screening Levels, June 2020, or by U.S. Environmental <br /> Protection Agency Regional Screening Levels if screening <br /> levels are not established in HHRA Note Number 3. If no <br /> pesticide contamination is found or does not exceed <br /> applicable screening levels,then no further action need be <br /> taken.If pesticide contamination is identified and found to <br /> exceed the applicable screening level, then a Phase II <br /> Environmental Site Assessment shall be conducted for the <br /> property/properties on which this contamination was <br /> identified. The Phase II Environmental Site Assessment <br /> shall identify the extent of the contamination and shall <br /> recommend measures to remediate soil contamination to <br /> below applicable screening levels. The developer shall <br /> implement these actions prior to the start of construction. <br /> e)Airport Operations LS None required. - <br /> f) Emergency Response and Evacuation PS HAZ-2: Prior to the start of project construction, the LS <br /> developer shall prepare and implement a Traffic Control <br /> Plan, which shall include such items as traffic control <br /> Pock Lane Public Review Draft IS/MND 1-15 May 2022 <br /> LEGEND: NI = No Impact; LS=Less Than Significant; PS=Potentially Significant <br />
