See official inspection report. ACEVEDO <br />Upon arrival, I spoke with the manager on site in regards to the complaint. The <br />manager stated that the facility is not their usual business to manage and are only <br />covering for the day. However, they invited me to look at the sandwich preparation <br />area to conduct my complaint inspection. At the sandwich preparation area I <br />observed the facility to be clean, well maintained and observed dates on the <br />bottles of the condiments, indicting that dates are taken into consideration during <br />use. The facility also contains a cooler in which all the preparation condiments are <br />stored, until use, that is reaching the minimum 41F at this time. I began to remove <br />holding trays on the preparation cooler and observed no debris build up or mold <br />formation underneath. The associate on site stated that the preparation table is <br />cleaned daily at the end of each shift.
