The manager stated that the facility is not their
usual business to manage and are only covering for the day. However, they invited me to look at the sandwich preparation
area to conduct my complaint inspection. At the sandwich preparation area I observed the facility to be clean, well maintained
and observed dates on the bottles of the condiments, indicting that dates are taken into consideration during use. The facility
also contains a cooler in which all the preparation condiments are stored, until use, that is reaching the minimum 41F at this
time. I began to remove holding trays on the preparation cooler and observed no debris build up or mold formation
underneath. The associate on site stated that the preparation table is cleaned daily at the end of each shift. Observed no
violations at this time.
Official inspection report emailed.
The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and
Safety Code.
