Live Oak searched the San Joaquin County Haz Mat Viewer on December 30,
2020 for the Site and nearby facilities with hazardous materials inventories. The
website no longer provides chemical inventories due to an "internal server error."
Parcel -47 of the Site was highlighted, as were the following five facilities within
one-quarter mile:
LGS Well Pad 4/Well Pad 5, 8611 E. Jahant, discussed above.
LGS Separator Site, 8588 E. Jahant, discussed above.
Jim Saco, Jr., 23031 N. Bruella, discussed above.
Eli Tavarez, 8151 E. Peltier, discussed above.
Wegats Truck Repair, 23192 N. Dustin, discussed above.
Live Oak reviewed the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department's
maps of Nitrate — Land Use Data and DBCP — Land Use Data dated February 20,
2019. According to the nitrate map (Plate 5), eleven wells within a one-mile
radius of the subject Site have been tested; nitrate was detected in nine of the
wells at a concentration between 0.1 and 5.0 mg/L-N, and in two of the wells at
a concentration between 5.1 and 10.0 mg/L-N. Eleven wells within a one-mile
radius of the Site were tested for DBCP (Plate 6); DBCP was detected in four of
the wells at a concentration between 0.01 and 0.2 [1g/L, in two of the wells at a
concentration over 0.2 ig/L, and was not detected in the other five wells. The
Maximum Contaminant Level (MCL) set by the US EPA for nitrate is 10 mg/L-N;
the MCL for DBCP is 0.2 [A. g/L.

7.3 Agricultural Commissioner's Records
Live Oak contacted the San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner's Office
regarding agricultural use of the site. According to Hiromi Hernandez of that
office, the Site has been used to grow corn and oats for fodder and wine grapes
from 2017 through 2018, the most recent years available. Several agricultural
chemicals have been applied to the Site during that time (correspondence,
November 10, 2020), as presented in the attached table in Appendix 5.

7.4 California Geologic Energy Management Division Records
The California Geologic Energy Management Division (CalGEM) Well Finder
website was queried on December 29, 2020 for mapped oil or gas wells within
one-quarter mile of the subject Site. Three wells were identified on the subject
Site (Plate 7):
Lodi Gas Storage, LLC "LGU WD" 1 (API 0407720640), an active, water
disposal well.
Lodi Gas Storage, LLC "LGU WD" 2 (API 0407720656), an active, water
disposal well.
LOGE 20-61 8
