Eli Tavarez, 8151 E. Peltier, Hazardous Materials, Hazardous Waste <br />Generators, and Aboveground Storage Tanks lists, adjacent to the south. <br />According to records on file at the San Joaquin County Environmental <br />Health Department, recordkeeping violations were identified during 2018 <br />and 2020 inspections. Agricultural Hazardous Materials Inventories from <br />2009 to 2010 list 300 gallons of diesel, 5 gallons of gramoxone, and 30 <br />pounds of imidan. A 2018 form lists the facility as a generator of "used oil <br />only." An Aboveground Petroleum Storage Program Survey form lists a <br />500-gallon diesel tank. Based on the information reviewed, no evidence <br />of an impact to the subject Site was identified. <br />Wegats Truck Repair, 23192 N. Dustin, Hazardous Materials and <br />Hazardous Waste Generators lists, adjacent to the west. According to <br />records on file at the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br />Department, a 2003 inspection listed three recordkeeping violations. A <br />2011 inspection identified no violations. 2014 and 2019 inspections <br />identified recordkeeping and labeling violations. A 2001 Hazardous <br />Materials Inventory listed 55 gallons of Chevron 325 Thinner, 55 gallons of <br />Chevron Lubricant, and 55 gallons of waste oil. A 2017 inspection report <br />found that the "business no longer has reportable quantities of hazardous <br />materials." Based on the information reviewed, no evidence of an impact <br />to the subject Site was identified. <br />LGS Separator Site, 8588 E. Jahant, Hazardous Materials list, adjacent to <br />the east. According to records on file at the San Joaquin County <br />Environmental Health Department, 2002 and 2014 inspections identified <br />recordkeeping violations. 2005, 2009, and 2018 inspections did not <br />identify violations. Based on the information reviewed, no evidence of an <br />impact to the subject Site was identified. <br />LGS Well Pad 4/Well Pad 5, 8611 E. Jahant, Hazardous Materials list, <br />adjacent to the north. According to records on file at the San Joaquin <br />County Environmental Health Department, an information sheet from 2014 <br />states that "business has sub quantity chemicals." An inspection report <br />from 2014 identified a recordkeeping violation. Methanol was listed as the <br />chemical at the facility in 2014. A 2009 inspection found no violations, <br />while 2002 and 2005 inspections found minor violations. Based on the <br />information reviewed, no evidence of an impact to the subject Site was <br />identified. <br />Vergano, 22891 N. Dustin, Hazardous Materials list, one-quarter mile <br />southwest. Based on the type of listing and the distance from the Site, <br />this facility is not anticipated to have impacted the Site. <br />LOGE 20-61 7
