Smith Environmental <br />EMERGENCY MEDICAL TREATMENT <br />SITE SAFETY PLAN <br />All Smith Environmental field personnel must be CPR and first aid trained. At a minimum <br />personnel who inhale hazardous materials must be removed to fresh air. Personnel who are <br />contaminated with hazardous materials by contact should rinse the area of contact for a <br />minimum of 15 minutes. The site safety officer or her/his alternate will determine if injured <br />personnel require further emergency medical attention. <br />Unusual first aid procedures: <br />Location of first aid kit: All Smith Environmental vehicles carry a first aid kit. <br />Nearest emergency medical facility: Lodi Memorial Hospital <br />Directions from work site: South on 1-5 to Turner Road, East on Turner Road to Lower <br />Sacramento Road. South on Old Sacramento Road to <br />Sargeant Road, turn east on Sargeant Road. East on <br />Sargeant Road Ham Lane, turn south on Ham Lane.
