Smith Environmental <br />EMERGENCY RESPONSE <br />SITE SAFETY PLAN <br />In case of an emergency the project safety officer must be notified by the site safety officer or <br />project manager. The site safety officer or her/his alternate will notify outside emergency <br />response agencies (ER) as needed, the branch safety officer, and the project <br />supervisor/manager. The branch safety officer will make any required reports to local, state, and <br />federal agencies.
