Hand sink and dump sink in bar area <br />8. Interior of freezer at bar <br />9. Exterior/interior of 1 door cooler at bar <br />10. Interior of bar's keg coolers <br />11. Interior surfaces inside walk in cooler in hall way (wire shelves and floors) <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All nonfood contact surfaces of utensils and equipment shall be clean. (114115 (c)) <br /> #34 Warewashing Facilites Maintained <br />OBSERVATIONS: Lack of chlorine test strips. Provide one for kitchen and another at bar. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Food facilities that prepare food shall be equipped with warewashing facilities. Testing equipment and <br />materials shall be provided to measure the applicable sanitization method. (114067(f,g), 114099, 114099.3, 114099.5, 114101(a), <br />114101.1, 114101.2, 114103, 114107, 114125) <br /> #35 Equipment/Utensils Approved and in Good Repair <br />OBSERVATIONS: Door panels on the inside of 2 prep coolers in kitchen are missing (3 door prep and 2 door left end prep). <br />Re-attach panel so that surfaces are smooth, cleanable, non absorbent. <br />Can opener is not clean. Clean and sanitize, daily. <br />Large spreader's handle is wrapped with foil. Toss damaged utensils and replace if needed. <br />Soda fountains are not clean.
