Also enclosed is <br />correspondence from Thornton Operation Progress, Inc. which grants permission to install one <br />of the monitoring wells in the vacant lot on Thornton Road opposite the subject site. <br />Installation of the proposed monitoring wells should be completed within two weeks of issuance <br />of the drilling permits.
