THS <br />ATTACHMENT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE VERSION UPOADED TO <br />GEOTRACKER. <br />Dear Mr. Graves; <br />For the technical reasons detailed below, direct oversight by Central Valley Regional <br />Board Staff (CVRBS) is requested for the former Donna Gardner Property, located at <br />26056/26080 North Thornton Road in Thornton in San Joaquin County. This request is <br />submitted on behalf of R. B. Construction, Inc. for the current property owners, Ronald <br />and Bonnie Barber (hereinafter owners). The owners acquired the property through a San <br />Joaquin County tax sale <br />This request for direct CVRBS oversight follows rejection of a work plan submitted in <br />response to a request for a work plan by San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br />Department. <br />The site location is shown on Figure 1.
