The applicant'sJTD <br /> describes creating a wedge of landfill material north of WMU-A that would keep a buffer area <br /> around the WMU-A boundaries clear of new refuse and then start to build outward and <br /> upward. This plan must have the approval of the CIWMB and RWQCB. <br /> 10.
