AC T27CCR 20870 — Hazardous Wastes — The facility is conducting load checks of the incoming loads of waste. The <br />load check report forms indicate that types of waste are in the load such as cardboard, paper ect. The forms do not <br />indicate if hazardous or prohibited wastes are found. Immediately begin recording all hazardous and prohibited <br />waste that are found and removed. <br />5. AC T27CCR 20610 — Training — The facility records indicate that the load checking procedure is not being presented <br />more than once per year. The load checking procedures need to be taught more frequently to the staff that work at <br />the working face or are a part of the land filling activity at Forward. <br />6. Notes: <br />A. The active working face is located in the FU -08. The cover used was TASW, PGM, soil and tarps. The site was <br />using one large working face. The MSW and special waste (soil, bottom ash and treated wood) were using the same <br />working face they were accessing it different angles. <br />B. The following Violation and Area's of Concern, listed during the inspection of August 22, 2008 have been resolved. <br />1. T27CCR 20690 — Alternative Daily Cover (ADC) <br />2.
