Landfill cited for building road on fa and I Recordnet.com Page 2 of 2 <br />Ir 0 <br />A follow-up inspection June 22 showed the road had been removed. <br />The neighbors' observation of the road construction project took <br />place barely two weeks after Forward reached a settlement with the <br />San Joaquin County District Attorney's Office, which filed a <br />complaint in 2008 alleging that the landfill had failed to abide by the <br />terms of its permits.
