The LCD form will be completed and provided later after the selection <br /> of a driller thorough County's purchasing department. An encroachment permit will be <br /> submitted to Caltrans for the work outside the County's property. The encroachment permit will <br /> be submitted to EHD upon approval by Caltrans. <br /> Payment for all permits and inspections for this project will be made through intercounty <br /> departmental transfer.
