He suggested that a water truck be there when this <br />material is dumped, to spray water as the material is deposited. I said I would pass this along. <br />Please don't hesitate to carry any such directives directly to the contractor. Issues of health and safety are <br />directly in Robert's area of authority and responsibility — he could go directly to the contractor and direct him, <br />but showed us the courtesy of working through our contract structure. <br />Thanks for all the good work you are doing.
